You can download the plaque order form here. It is editable in Adobe Reader - type it up, get a check written and mail it in!

You can download the report here....it's different than the one at the meeting since I now have the medals from S/E to count. If your students received a B/O medal at the Reeths-Puffer S/E site, please email me and I would be happy to swap it out from a S/E medal.

The map for the High School S&E is attached. For percussion ensembles I will be able to provide 4 timpani, bass drum, xylophone and marimba and concert bells. If there is something else that you need, please bring it with you.
